Robert Forster
Robert is a sustainability consultant with experience developing global ESG programs. He has also previously worked in the renewable energy sector, managing various projects ranging from $25k to $250M. As CEO and Founder of ClimaShare, he drives the team forward by shaping the company’s strategic vision. Robert has a Master’s degree in Sustainability Studies.

Matthew is a business development professional with extensive experience in the entertainment and sports marketing industry. As ClimaShare’s President, he applies his expertise in leading joint ventures and managing multi-million dollar campaigns to drive targeted growth in both competitive and developing markets. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management.

Andrew is an attorney whose legal experience focuses on corporate and transactional matters with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and commercial contracts. At ClimaShare, Andrew shapes corporate strategy while helping guide and maintain compliance. Andrew received his J.D. and graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Shawn is an operations manager with experience in the conveyor systems industry. He has overseen a wide array of domestic projects ranging from $50k to $40M. Shawn brings his expertise in design, data analytics, and finance to ClimaShare to help create effective strategies that align with our company’s values. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture.
